Job Description

Support quality assurance function for DxTerity’s products and services. Maintain policies and procedures and drive corrective actions to systemic problems that directly impact customers, improve overall product quality, and maintain compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements. Operate in accordance with company policies and procedures, FDA Regulations, ISO Standards and other regulations or standards, where applicable.

Establish relationships and foster open communication with internal cross functional departments as well as suppliers and external customers. Support the Quality Assurance (QA) team to assure goals and objectives are being met. Facilitate and represent QA on cross-functional project teams to drive quality improvements.

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of Quality Systems requirements.
  • Well-developed organizational and communication (oral and written) skills enabling effective interaction with staff company-wide.
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to achieve overall coherence of documents and systems.
  • Understanding of cGMPs and an ability to interpret and enforce regulatory requirements.
  • Must be able to effectively manage multiple priorities and projects.
  • Proficient in the use of computers including a wide variety of word processing and spreadsheet software packages
