Support quality assurance function for DxTerity’s products and services. Maintain policies and procedures and drive corrective actions to systemic problems that directly impact customers, improve overall product quality, and maintain compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements. Operate in accordance with company policies and procedures, FDA Regulations, ISO Standards and other regulations or standards, where applicable.
Establish relationships and foster open communication with internal cross functional departments as well as suppliers and external customers. Support the Quality Assurance (QA) team to assure goals and objectives are being met. Facilitate and represent QA on cross-functional project teams to drive quality improvements.
