Job Description

We are currently seeking a QC LIMS Coordinator to join our team! The QC LIMS Coordinator is responsible for generation of a rolling daily/weekly master planning schedule for Quality Control Lab based off the priority of operations. This individual will manage day to day LIMS activities for, but not limited to, user training, troubleshooting, study setup, sample reconciliation, and mangaement of data in line with regulatory data standards and SOPs. 

About the Role:

  • Assist in developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the LIMS System 
  • Manage and maintain LIMS static data such as user matrix, specifications, analysis, stability protocols, data tables and instruments
  • Provide system oversight activities including audit trail reviews, system reviews, resolution of problem reports, data maintenance as applicable
  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure continuous functionality
  • Update and create product entries
  • Ensure adherence for user requirements
  • Develop training modules for end-users
  • Assist with any additional implementations and/or upgrades
Requirements

About You:

  • BA/BS degree in Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology or related experience preferred
  • 0-2 years of recent professional experience in a QC lab
  • Experience in reviewing testing data
  • Preferred experience in GMP quality systems
