Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Genetic Counselor or Sales representative for the position of Product Specialist. This position is immediately available. Responsibilities of the Product Specialist will include: • Manage a sales territory • Manage and grow business in existing accounts • Expand test menu utilization in existing accounts • Develop new accounts • Introduce new testing products • Make joint and independent sales calls to customers to promote 
appropriate utilization of testing • Implement and communicate Marketing programs in manners 
consistent with achievement of sales goals • Provide feedback to Management and Marketing on 
market/competitive trends • Develop and deliver effective sales presentations • Manage customer data in the company database • Willingness to travel approximately 40% due to territory, trade shows and meetings

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Genetic Counseling or Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2 years Sales experience in the medical/diagnostics area • Open to change and diversity • Demonstrates excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills • Ability to work remotely and independently with general 
supervision • Must be a team player • Displays professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude 
when interacting with internal and external customers • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
