Job Description

Responsible for executing strategic product management responsibilities associated with current and future clinical products in the portfolio area of assignment. Will be the central point of business accountability for product management and business activities pertaining to the portfolio area of assignment including, but not limited to, market product management and portfolio positioning of existing products, collaboration development, product and platform positioning, and marketing communication strategy as well as the creation of a portfolio strategy and roadmap to inform future product development decisions.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Interacts with customers and internal stakeholders to identify product opportunities
Develops relationships with industry leaders
Develops and implements training programs
Analyzes market developments, trends and opportunities
Cross-functionally develop customer requirement and facilitate product creation
Monitors product quality and availability
Creates the vision and strategy for a given product line and then manage the product life cycle
Participates in process and operation improvement opportunities
Responds to internal and external inquiries
Complies with company quality management systems, policies and procedures
Provides mentorship, if applicable
Additional duties/responsibilities according to business needs

Requirements Preferred
Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s
Yrs of related experience: 2-4
Competencies: (skills, knowledge, abilities): Program Project Management, Understand complex scientific information, Customer Facing Experience (Cytogenetics / reproductive health / molecular biology experience), Foreign language(s) knowledge, i.e mandarin
Travel Requirements: up to 20%
Working conditions: Office enviroment
