Job Description

NeoGenomics is looking for 3 Product Managers, Oncology Data Services. In this role, you will work collaboratively with the VP of Product, Director of Data Lake Product Management, Data Architects and Software Development team to build powerful products that help improve patient care across all touchpoints of the patient care ecosystem.

Position Summary:

As the Product Manager, Oncology Data Services, you will be responsible for developing and managing the product roadmap, prioritizing feature releases and managing feature backlogs for our Informatics product.  

Responsibilities:

  • Define a product vision and strategy while gathering product requirements.
  • Understand markets, competition, and user requirements in depth.
  • Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly.
  • Work collaboratively with engineering, marketing, legal, UX, and other disciplines.
  • Develop innovative solutions to problems by collaborating across regions, product areas, and functions.
  • Facilitate & coordinate to achieve roadmap objectives.

 

 

Requirements

Experience & Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Biology, Business Administration/Marketing.

4+ years of experience in product management from conception to launch and working with cross-functional teams.

Experience driving the product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience managing day-to-day design direction & vision.

Knowledge of and experience with multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance or Marketing.

Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.

Familiar with agile methodology, sprints, and scrum.

Experience in genomics, oncology, clinical trials, and precision medicine preferred.

Travel: 25% including regional and national conferences in genomics, oncology, technology and product management.
