The Prenatal Global Marketing Manager will manage the global product development, promotion, performance and increased profitability for assigned prenatal diagnostic product lines. They will solicit, analyze and communicate feedback from customers and work closely with Sales, Operations, R&D, Marketing Communications, Global, Regulatory and other departments to ensure that the products meet the company’s high standards and are marketed effectively.
Work closely with Director of Marketing to achieve forecast goals.
Develop, facilitate and fulfill promotional tactics.
Identify and establish key customer collaborations in order to drive sales tools, publications and marketing literature for critical market opportunities.
Help define target global markets, messaging and promotion strategies for assigned product lines.
Monitor and amend marketing plans to achieve sales goals.
Identify business gaps and create solutions to fill those needs.
Create and facilitate sales training content and field communications.
Create and update sales aids, collateral and promotion programs.
Travel to trade shows, meetings and customers to gather information necessary to further understand and manage assigned product lines.
Work collaboratively with internal and external customers to achieve brand objectives.
Regular field travel with sales representatives to understand market and customer needs.
