The Roth Lab in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at University of Pennsylvania seeks a postdoctoral researcher to work on next generation DNA sequencing approaches to detect aberrant rearrangements in tumor genomes and in cells treated with genome editing nucleases.

Requirements

Qualified candidates should have a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in computer science, genetics, molecular biology, or other related fields. Experience in programming and processing genomic data and/or skills in next-generation sequencing data preferred.
