Postdoctoral Research Positions in Precision Genomics

The Ouyang Lab is seeking creative, highly motivated individuals interested in working on precision genomics and its impact on health and medicine.  

The postdoctoral positions are focused on developing statistical and computational methodologies for precise modeling of genome function. The research aims to provide advanced solutions for analyzing big data from cutting-edge high-throughput technologies at the whole-genome scale and/or single-cell resolution to elucidate systems-level genomic and epigenomic mechanisms underlying cellular development and diseases.




The applicants should possess a Ph.D. in computational biology, bioinformatics, biostatistics, statistics, computer science, or a similar field. Solid publication records and strong programming (Python, R, etc) skills are required. Previous knowledge and experience in genomics and epigenomics is also required.
