A Postdoctoral Research Fellow position is available for a qualified scientist or physician-scientist to join the laboratory of Dr. Cameron Turtle in the Program in Immunology within the Clinical Research Division at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center.

The post-doctoral research fellow will work on studies of the impact of the composition of the gastrointestinal microbiota on reconstitution of T cell immunity after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.

Applicants will have a PhD in a biological science and/or a MD. The ideal candidate will have a research background in T cell immunology with robust skills in molecular and cellular biology, including cell culture, multiparameter flow cytometry, and T cell functional assays. To be successful in this position, the post-doctoral research fellow must be highly motivated to establish a career as a future independent investigator.

This is a full-time position with a salary based on the NIH scale and excellent benefits.
