Job Description

The nursing supervisor position will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding/orientation, and performance responsibilities for Infusion Registered Nurses and Nursing Assistants.

This position will also be responsible for Quality Assurance, Patient Safety Net, staff development, CPI improvement initiatives related to patient care and interface with other departments. This position reports to the Department Nurse Manager. In addition, this position will also work alongside staff to provide better access to problem solving and mentoring.

- Registered Nurse
