Job Description

BioDiscovery is looking for a talented marketing expert to manage marketing operations for its software products.

The ideal candidate is an expert at marketing campaign best practices, is able to think strategically, and to orchestrate many moving parts. We are looking for a B2B marketing professional who thrives on managing lead generation programs from conception through execution.


- Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
- Create marketing activities and material focused on winning the hearts and minds of researchers and scientists
- Design, craft, and maintain a compelling narrative using social media, web content, videos, advertising, demos, and collateral
- Create and execute highly-effective campaigns across all channels, successfully taking them from concept through execution and measurement
- Create lead nurturing programs to educate the market and develop qualified leads


- 3-7 years of professional work experience, preferably in B2B marketing in a scientific or clinical market.
- Proven B2B email marketing experience including content development, list segmentation, and use of email systems
- Experience using CRM and marketing automation systems to develop lead scoring and lead nurturing programs
- A strong understanding of marketing campaign reporting and analytics to be able to test, track, analyze, communicate and optimize marketing campaign results relative to business goals
- Experience marketing technology to scientists, researchers or clinicians is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree required
