Job Description
  • New products process; initiate new ideas and provide market input and guidance to the design process
  • Marketing plan; design and execute product launches, market development activities and marketing plans (product positioning and pricing) for the product line
  • Guidance to sales teams; be responsible for implementation of the marketing plans within sales channels (direct sales, agents & distributors)
  • Communication mix; manage all communication and promotion vehicles regarding the product together with marketing communications specialists
  • Key-opinion leader program; manage and consolidate the KOL network internationally
  • Budgets; contribute and manage realization of the product group sales within agreed expense budgets
  • Manage its marketing team; define the growth needs of the team, implement and coach new collaborators
  • Master’s degree in life sciences (ideally molecular biology) or equivalent experience,
  • Background in the molecular pathology markets (preferably with a European network),
  • At least 10 years experience in marketing or product management,
  • Business minded and goal oriented,
  • Excellent people manager and leadership skills,
  • Motivated to work in - and being flexible to adapt to an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Fluent in English (writing & speaking)
  • Prepared to travel on a regular basis (~50%).
