Job Description

Lucigen Corporation seeks a Marketing Coordinator responsible for managing logistics for tradeshows and conferences, maintaining Lucigen’s customer database, providing project management support to the marketing team for multiple projects, and supporting marketing communications by updating content on website, print, email, and video. The coordinator is expected to:

Manage the inventory of promotional materials, tradeshow materials, and literature.

Maintain and synchronize email list with customer database.  

Deliver content via LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, email, or direct email. 

Support the development and distribution of marketing and sales materials.


The candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or a related field) with 1 – 2 years of experience in marketing, product management, project management or an Associate’s degree with 2+ years of experience in marketing, product management, project management. Additional requirements include:

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Word, along with the ability and willingness to adopt new software applications, particularly databases, file management systems, and a CRM.

Must possess excellent organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills.

Highly detail-oriented with excellent project management, time management, and communication skills.

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, social media applications, and video production tools preferred.

Demonstrated experience working in cross-functional teams.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
