Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a manager level position to oversee instrumentation development for a diagnostics product. The system involves microfluidics, optics, nanofabrication and electronics. The role involves faciitating the research team in exploring different biosensor modalitites, and enabling the development team to scale-up manufacturing of a chosen approach. The job involves both administrative (manegerial) and technical aspects, including sourcing components, negotiating pricing, project management, prototyping, and testing.  


The ideal candidate will have experience taking a genomics based diagnostic instrument to market. Strong technical background in opto-electro-mechanical instrumentation is critical. Experience with regulatory processes and large-scale manufacturing will be advantageous.
