Job Purpose: The Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for day-to-day sales operations for LGC Clinical Diagnostics Division within a specifically defined territory. Key Responsibilities
- Develop consultative relationships with new and existing account base that perform calibration verification testing.
- Achieves assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Maintain thorough understanding of proper ordering patterns for existing and new customers.
- Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, customer service, accounting, logistics and technical support groups.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Update and maintain current Customer Relations Management database.
- Continue education on product advantages to ensure customer loyalty.
- Promote hospital network initiatives to comply with company goals.
- Completes strategic customer account plans that meet company standards.
- Develops him/herself to be the trusted advisor to our customers.
- Maintains high customer satisfaction that meets company standards.
- Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
- Able to represent LGC Clinical Diagnostics Division at National Trade Show individually if necessary.
