Inside Sales Associate will drive commercial sales by working directly with prospective and current customers. This role will report to the VP of Global Sales. A successful candidate will be a self-starter who is able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. We will consider a senior level role for those with extensive inside sales experience with instrument and reagent sales.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Triage and provide first line technical support and effective solutions based on customer needs
• Prepare quotations and proposals for customers
• Track and report sales activity, close sales and achieve quarterly quotas with new and existing customers
• Build relationships with customers and prospects, grow existing and new customer accounts
• Coordinate with internal teams to support specific customer requests, applications and sales opportunities.
• Provide customer feedback to sales, marketing, and product management
• Troubleshoot, document, and resolve customer issues
• CRM Management• All other duties as assigned or necessary
