ChunLab is seeking energetic entrepreneurial Independent Sales Specialists to sell our products and services to the scientific community in the US or Canada. The focus will be on our next generation sequencing services and bioinformatics software solutions. The Independent Sales Specialist will be results-oriented and customer focused to develop new business and build customer relationships to enhance ChunLab’s position as a leader in the next generation sequencing and bioinformatics.
•Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistence quarterly basis by using a range of consultative and strategic sales skills
•Proactively establish new contacts through networking and other forms of prospecting, develop a pipeline to close business with prospective customers, and develop new business with existing customers
•Present service information and discuss next generation research and bioinformatics with customers and prospective customers in person or via telephone or web conference
•Schedule appointments and visit customers to review service needs and determine other opportunities.
•Represent ChunLab at tradeshows/exhibitions and other on-site events in order to promote ChunLab’s NGS and bioinformatics services
•Attend and participate in online & remote sales meetings and product training webinars
