Global Strategic Marketing Manager, Clinical Applications – Pharmacogenetics
Incumbent is responsible for worldwide strategic product management and marketing of Affymetrix’ Pharmacogenetic product line, including associated assays, reagents and software.
This position will be accountable for product management and business activities pertaining to the relevant portfolio including, but not limited to: strategic product and life cycle management of new and existing products, acting as voice of the customer and business on product development teams, developing collaborations with key opinion leaders, product and platform positioning specific to target customer segments, and global marketing plan.
This position is also accountable for the creation of a portfolio strategy and roadmap to inform future product development decisions. New product development activities include financial business case development, market research, voice of customer, requirements development, core team business leadership, and new product launch activities.
This role interacts deeply with all internal business functions as well as customers, regulatory bodies, and global field-based personnel.
The role requires a general market & technical knowledge of the field of pharmacogenomics and / or genotyping.
