Responsible for supporting under the leadership of the Clinical Trial Leader (CTL), all aspects of clinical trial(s) (phase I through lifecycle management) as assigned. Support CTL in ensuring all operational trial deliverables are met according to timelines, budget,operational procedures and quality standards. Support CTL in preparation of clinical outsourcing specifications and in the follow up with day to day operation with vendors. Support CTL in the management of the trial master file. Support CTL in managing interactions with the clinical trial team and CROs. Assist CTL in coordination of activities leading to site initiation. Support CTL by generating periodic data cleaning reports as assigned. Support the CTL in trial close out activities. Organize clinical trial team meetings and prepare meeting minutes. Assist CTL in tracking and following up on outstanding actions from the clinical trial team meetings. Assist CTL and Clinical Program Leader (CPL)in the coordination of the trial monitoring board activities (i.e., Adjudication Committees and Data Monitoring Committees) as assigned. Assist CPL in the organization of International Clinical Team Meetings (ICTMs) and prepare meeting minutes as assigned. Support CTUCPL in tasks related to financial aspects and budget/performance tracking.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in life science/healthcare is required if no previous experience in clinical research or Associate degree or equivalent qualification in life science/healthcare required if accompanied by 4 years clinical trial experience. Excellent English (oral and written), Fluent in at least one other language. Previous involvement with clinical study development, implementation or reporting activities is preferred for associate degree. None to basic knowledge of Good Clinical Practice; basic knowledge of scientific principles.
