  • Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all internal and external CbQ marketing and product management strategies
  • Drive and lead implementation of effective regional/local marketing plans while balancing global strategy with regional differences to ensure achievement of business target 
  • Perform analyses and forecasting of market trends, customer needs, and competitive Information; Analytics of ROI of tactical Marketing activities
  • Direct the efforts of both the marketing and product management teams and coordinate at the strategic and tactical levels with the other functions of the organization
  • Monitor team members’ achievements of goals related to marketing plan
  • Communicate, inspire, motivate and inform team - ensuring clear direction 


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business or related fields
  • 10 years of marketing/ product management experience, with at least 2-3 years in a people management role
  • Strong marketing background, ability to manage budget, proven leadership skills
  • Strong business acumen, proven strong capabilities of self-motivation, highly creative in problem solving
  • Direct product management experience including but not limited to: life cycle management, portfolio rationalization and effective product launch strategies. Experience managing a complex product portfolio is advantageous
  • Experience with distribution management
  • Global management experience required
