Job Description

Director of Marketing is responsible for identifying current and emerging market trends in targeted areas and designing and implementing approaches for addressing these trends in the company’s product design, development, sales, distribution and marketing; designing and implementing effective marketing approaches for the company’s current product line; supporting the needs of the sales team in communicating effectively with customers and leads; and effectively managing the marketing department.  

Requirements

Required qualifications include B.S. degree in molecular biology or related life science field and ten years of marketing experience, including five years in product management or marketing leadership positions. MBA, PhD, Salesforce.com and Pardot experience would be a plus. Some travel required.
