About Our Organization

Company Description

CareDx, Inc. (formerly XDx, Inc.), based in Brisbane, California, is a publicly traded molecular diagnostics company focused on the discovery, development and commercialization of high value, non-invasive tests to enhance the care and long-term outcomes of patients.

The company has commercialized AlloMap®, the only non-invasive blood teste with a rapid turnaround time that helps physicians identify the absence of heart transplant rejection. AlloMap is well studied, endorsed by medical societies, reimbursed, and continues to gain market share in post-transplant surveillance.

CareDx, Inc. is also developing new tests using donor-derived cell-free DNA (cfDNA) for other solid organ transplantation. We have active research efforts underway to demonstrate the performance of cfDNA in both heart and kidney transplant.

Beyond heart and kidney transplantation, CareDx aspires to apply its technology to other patient populations and expand its reach as a leader in surveillance diagnostics.
