Are you a digital marketing professional who seeks the challenge of joining a growing marketing team in the biotechnology space? We're looking for a Director, Digital Marketing who will lead the development, implementation and management of the Company's digital marketing strategy. To be successful in this role, you must be creative, analytical, be on the cutting edge of digital marketing technology, and be excited about meeting challenges head-on. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, digital technologies or a similar field, ten years experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, with 5 years at the director level. In-depth knowledge of a variety of digital marketing channels, online marketing tools and best practices, SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software are required. Previous experience with SalesForce.com as well as HubSpot is highly desirable. You must be able to work in a team environment that values open and honest communication, embraces challenge, innovation and continuous improvement, works hard and loves to have fun, is fast-paced and displays a can-do attitude.
