Temporary Customer Service Representative II
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative II. The ideal candidate will perform data entry, handle incoming calls in a timely and professional manner, as well as perform quotes on shipments. In addition, effectively interact with different departments within the organization and perform other administrative duties and task.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned.):
Data Entry of all customer orders, answer any customer inquiries via email or phone. The CS rep will also schedule shipments and track shipments to ensure timely delivery of customer orders. Maintain individual customer follow up folders in excel.

* Ability to work independently and multi task
* High School diploma or equivalent
* 3 years of customer service experience
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products
* Data entry and good communication skills
