Scientific curation is becoming more and more critical for unlocking genomic insights from the ever growing body of data and publications. As a Curation Analyst, you will gain data curation experience and familiarity with personalized genomics as you conduct primary literature analysis. As a Curation Analyst, you will:
- Collaborate with science and bioinformatics teams to understand the data structure and use cases
- Wrangle unstructured data from primary literature sources into structured data
- Shape the curation program by supporting curation, variant interpretation, and data evaluation process development
- Conduct basic bioinformatics analysis to support partner product development
