Job Description

Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory is seeking a motivated individual to fill a position as a Computational Science Analyst in the Dos Santos laboratory to support projects that investigate the role of epigenomic changes on controlling normal and malignant breast development. Candidates should be highly motivated and have specialization in bioinformatics, statistics and math. Experience with Galaxy, R scripts and Command-line interface are desirable.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in a quantitative field such as: bioinformatics, statistics, computer science, physics, mathematics, or biology, and at least 1 year working in an academic or commercial environment on bioinformatics problems.
