- Clinical Bioinformatics Sales: Drive sales of QIAGEN clinical bioinformatics portfolio to achieve or exceed sales targets. Act as field expert on clinical portfolio. Use technical knowledge, customer focus and sales skills to generate, nurture and close sales opportunities. Establish sales with key customer labs to utilize as references for growth market portfolio. Coordinate and attend regional conferences.
- Manage Sales Process: Drive regional clinical sales by partnering with Marketing, Sales, Sales Development and Support by managing and closing new customers in sales funnel to move forward in the sales process. Utilize customer management database to build and monitor sales and forecast. Issue quotes for renewals and new business. Drive sales opportunities to close.
- Sales Reporting: Manage regional sales via forecasting, planning and precise communication.
- Market Domain Expertise: Drive regional Clinical Solutions sales via clinical genomics and molecular diagnostics market knowledge. Requires technical expertise from previous work in a clinical genetics lab or clinical bioinformatics capacity. Regional regulatory knowledge regarding assessing, scoring and reporting variant results is ideal.
