To further support the rapidly expanding Molecular and Precision Medicine diagnostics business, SeraCare is seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist, Precision Medicine. This senior sales role has primary responsibility for all key account strategy, management and sales activities for SeraCare’s oncology, inherited diseases and reproductive health products across assigned key diagnostic and biotechnology accounts. This strategic account management role will target senior level decision makers (Lab director and higher ) within the leading clinical diagnostic laboratories adopting advanced precision medicine tests and present SeraCare’s products and laboratory quality tools to drive strong sales growth, and strong long-term business relationships within these key molecular diagnostic accounts.
The Clinical Sales Specialist, Precision Medicine will also play a pivotal role in advancing SeraCare’s knowledge of the changing Oncology MDx market, including market trends, acute market needs, and expand industry relationships within testing laboratories as required.
As a representative of SeraCare, the Clinical Sales Specialist must build a comprehensive business strategy and travel plan to include all elements necessary to meet or exceed all goals for sales growth, profitability and customer satisfaction in the assigned key accounts. Clinical Sales Specialist will perform in an ethical and professional manner at all times.
