Job Description

The Clinical Registry Coordinator will serve as the principle administrative liaison between the Clinical Laboratory, Laboratory Director, and Medical Affairs. Principal responsibilities include:

  • Manage a clinical follow up program and coordinate all associated activities
  • Primary contact between Roche and clients, the primary purpose being to develop and maintain a patient registry
  • Develop and maintain recordkeeping systems and SOPs
  • Participate in applicable studies
  • Learn and follow ICH/GCP guidelines for human research
  • Maintain a database of clinical information in accordance with CLIA, HIPAA and other regulatory standards
  • Contact laboratory clients on a regular basis
  • Plan, implement, and maintain data collection
  • Coordinate the collection of specific patient clinical data
  • Generate reports and analyze data when necessary
  • Ensure the smooth and efficient day to day operation of registry maintenance and data collection activities
  • Survey medical journals for relevant literature to maintain internal library
  • Report high risk results
  • Lead internal test performance review on a monthly basis
  • Perform other job related duties as assigned
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject; experience in a health care related field preferred
  • Good verbal communications skills
  • Knowledge of prenatal terminology

  • Personal motivation
  • Project Management capabilities
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Understand and practice Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and be HIPPA certified
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred


Specific Technical Competency Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish (Spanish medical terminology preferred)
  • Computer competency including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
