Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong background in clinical education and development. The Clinical Implementation Specialist will drive awareness with key physicians, pharmacy, and administration by enabling effective communication including alternate therapy options and their implications on patient care. In this capacity, the Clinical Implementation Specialist serves as the disease and assay clinical expert for internal and external clients and home office personnel.

Requirements

Experience and Qualifications:
-B.S. or Masters in Nursing. We will also consider advanced clinical degrees; PharmD, M.D., or Ph.D
-3-5 years experience in the medical device industry, preferably in in-vitro diagnostics
-Demonstrated organizational, planning and prioritizing abilities are required, as well as strong technical writing ability
-Demonstrated ability to perform adequately in a fast paced work environment, while possessing the ability to quickly change priorities and perform multiple tasks while maintaining a professional demeanor
-Candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills with strong English language ability; fluency in foreign language(s) a plus
-Candidate must be articulate and able to communicate effectively with employees (verbally and written) at all levels of the organization, as well as with key individuals outside the organization. Communication is a major part of this position and requires use of multiple means including telephone, face-to-face individually or in meetings, written memoranda, formal plans, electronic mail and formal presentations to a group.
