Job Description

The UC Santa Cruz Genomics Institute seeks a data coordinator to support us in reaching goals and deliverables related to genomic data analysis of metadata and data gathered from partner clinical trials. The data coordinator focuses on data management, data administration, data sharing, working closely with the CKCC and MedBook project teams, clinical study partners and collaborating genomic sequencing and research institutions. The position also may be asked to assist with gathering genomic datasets from published studies.The selected candidate will work in a startup-like environment with a diverse array of academic researchers and software developers in beautiful Santa Cruz, CA.
