Role Description Summary

To perform routine in-process, finished product and stability analyses while following cGMP, GLP and corporate policies, and work either independently or as a team to achieve company goals and initiatives.

Description of key responsibilities:
Analyses samples using appropriate instrumentation (depending on level, some or all of the following would apply ? HPLC, GC, UV, IR, KF, pH, etc.) while following current Methods & Procedures (SOP?s).
Process and report data using the Empower data processing software.
Must be able to document all activities in a legible manner following established formats and procedures.
Identify and troubleshoot problems with instrumentation and analytical preparations.
Train new and current employees

Experience and education required

BS/BA Diploma
6-8 years experience

Skills and specific knowledge required
Knowledge of cGMPs.
Knowledge of compendia procedures (i.e., USP, NF, BP etc.).
Possess good written and oral communication skills.
Exhibit proficiency with Empower software and Microsoft Office modules ? Word and Excel.
Possess strong mathematical skills ? fractions, percentages, ratios and algebraic expressions.
Knowledge of cGMPs.
