Job Description

Role Description SummaryTo perform routine in-process, finished product and stability analyses while following cGMP, GLP and corporate policies, and work either independently or in a team to achieve company goals and initiatives.

Description of KEY responsibilities (describe the main results of the job to be achieved):
Analyses samples using appropriate instrumentation (depending on level, some or all of the following would apply – HPLC, GC, UV, IR, KF, pH, etc.) while following current Methods & Procedures (SOP's).
Process and report data using the Empower data processing software.
Must be able to document all activities in a legible manner following established formats and procedures.
Identify and troubleshoot problems with instrumentation and analytical preparations.
Train new and current employees

Requirements: 

Experience and education requiredBS/BA Diploma
3-5 years experience

Skills and specific knowledge required
Knowledge of cGMPs.
Knowledge of compendia procedures (i.e., USP, NF, BP etc.).
Possess good written and oral communication skills.
Exhibit proficiency with Empower software and Microsoft Office modules – Word and Excel.
Possess strong mathematical skills – fractions, percentages, ratios and algebraic expressions.
Knowledge of cGMPs.
