Job Description

- Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
- Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures
- Support multiple Application domains including ERP (SAP), CRM (SFDC) and Reporting Systems
- Monitor and tune data warehouse queries, ETL and Oracle jobs to optimize performance
- Perform ad-hoc reporting against the data warehouse for tactical business needs
- Coordinate Business Systems projects as needed


- BA/BS in IT or Engineering discipline
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Business Analyst position
- Knowledge of basic SQL queries and/or Excel formulas
- Excellent process documentation skills
- Experience in multiple applications domains, including ERP (SAP), CRM (SFDC) and Reporting Systems
- Requirements gathering and analysis for multiple project initiates concurrently
- Strong written and oral communication skills to effectively disseminate information
- Ability to set priorities, organize work and work in high production environment while responding quickly and effectively under pressure, changing priorities and tight timelines/deadlines
- Work with product development groups to integrate SaaS application data into the warehouse
