The Bioinformatics Scientist will be primarily responsible for developing and maintaining code for 1) Courtagen’s next generation clinical sequencing analysis pipeline, and 2) Courtagen’s internal webpage interfaces for clinical reporting.
- Develop and maintain code to analyze large-scale clinical sequencing data
- Create and support code to display clinical and genomic data
- Create and maintain relational database(s)
- Follow best coding practices: issue tracking, source code control, and document management
