About Our Organization

During the last decade, genomic technologies have advanced rapidly and the cost of DNA sequencing has decreased dramatically. However, much of what we know about our DNA is still limited by available technology, knowledge and informatics tools. Centrillion was founded to address two critical problems in genomics: limitations of current technology for reading DNA and the need for better tools for sequence analysis. Our mission is to provide technologies to decode the true genome and make accurate and useful genomic information available to researchers, physicians and consumers in a responsible way.
