Job Description

Selected candidate will be responsible for setting up the Bioinformatics Unit to assist the genomic services platform and ongoing research projects (genome, transcriptome, microbiome NGS data). As Project Leader you will develop your research career setting your own research projects, and will also supervise two assistants (services and research)


PhD in Bioinformatics, Genetics, Molecular Biology received within the past 6 years. Experience in NGS data Assembly (DNA, RNA, exome, ChIP Seq). Pearl, Python, R and shell scripting. Process and handle large data sets, data mining, SQL data base, API. Population genomics is a plus.
