Job Description

Drive the development of Marketing Requirements, objectives and plans for the development of new NGS product solutions within the Expression and Regulation markets
-Partner with Corporate & Marketing Management teams for the creation of Portfolio collateral and Sales tools to communicate key differentiating features & compelling product benefits
-Work cross-functionally with Development, Operations, Commercial Operations, Regional Marketing & Advanced Genomics teams to ensure successful commercialization of new products
-Create and grow relationships with key customers & KOLs
-Support Regional Marketing and Sales in meeting commercial milestones & realizing revenue projections
-Assume the role of ‘product champion’


-Bachelor’s Degree in a Life Sciences discipline is required, a PhD or MBA would be a plus
-Minimum 2 years industry experience in a similar position or market
-First-hand knowledge of Next Generation Sequencing products, markets, vendors, and customers
-Experience defining product requirements and bring products to market based on customer and business requirements
-Solid financial analysis background (Revenue & Manufacturing planning experience)
-Previous wet or dry lab experience in Genomics or Next Generation Sequencing

-Ability to manage both, complex personal tasks and team work
-Experienced in time and project management
-Compelling presentation and communication skills
-Fluent written and spoken English, willingness to travel (~ 20 %)
