Job Description

This person is directly responsible for the product lifecycle planning and promotion of the QuantiFERON® portfolio. They will lead global marketing and market development activities for the market-leading QuantiFERON®-TB Gold (QFT) product, including derivative products, and QuantiFERON® portfolio (CMV, Monitor and pipeline). 


  • Lead a cross-functional program team in the development and market introduction of QFN related products through defined Product Development Process (PDP) and New Product Introduction (NPI) stages 
  • Work with global and regional marketing teams to implement product marketing strategies across the globe for the QuantiFERON portfolio 
  • Development of QuantiFERON marketing messages and materials 
  • Develop and coordinate appropriate QuantiFERON product awareness activities – including active engagement of potential pharma partners for pipeline products 
  • Monitor effectiveness of marketing and sales support materials and adjust accordingly 
  • Develop and maintain customer demand forecasts, including liaison with Operations for proper supply chain management of QFT product line 
  • Define business cases and opportunities for QuantiFERON pipeline portfolio 
  • Ensure compliance with Corporate, Regulatory and Quality policies, with regard to development process and marketing/technical printed material 
  • Work with R&D and Medical & Scientific Affairs to determine clinical strategy for QuantiFERON portfolio 
  • Remain current with medical and scientific literature relevant to QuantiFERON products 
  • Make presentations as needed to local and international forums on QuantiFERON products 


  • University degree in Science or a discipline that demonstrates the ability to follow complex reasoning based on biological principles 
  • Post-graduate degree in marketing or business administration preferred 
  • Formal training in program/project management is highly preferential 


  • Five or more years of product management, global or regional marketing experience in a medical technology/healthcare company is essential 
  • IT Skills: Advance MS Office, MS project or similar, digital marketing savvy 
  • Language: English
