Job Description

• Manages, performs and applies analytics techniques, including but not limited to: Marketing mix modeling and analysis, Optimization, Market structure analysis and interpretation and Business tracking and evaluation
• Designs and  manages qualitative and quantitative internal market reports
• Pro-actively identifies potential business issues and provide likely solutions
• Develops recommendations to guide decision-making for promotional plans and achieving business results
• Utilizes current CRM platform as an integrated solution to test and optimize business practices


• MS degree in marketing or a related field
• Minimum 8-10 years professional experience
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and measurement
• Must have strong prioritization skills, be self-directed, excellent communicator, results oriented and flexible, experienced in tactical execution with proven success
• Basic Biology knowledge a plus

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a structured team working environment
• Travel up to 25% required
