This is an on-site position in the Boston/Cambridge area.

As an On-site Enterprise Program Administrator, you will coordinate with your assigned customer, service vendors, and others as required to meet the customer's service requirement! This will include scheduling preventative maintenance and repair services, ensuring that service requests are acted on in a timely manner, and responding to customer inquiries. You may also be responsible for recommending vendors, administrating procurement functions, and reporting costs.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a presence at the customer site every day and follow their site access regulations, including GMP training and medical requirements
  • Develop a positive relationship with the customer and effectively communicate to identify and set expectations for services
  • Maintain and use accurate coding standards to ensure data precision
  • Has ownership of support delivery for the assigned customer.
  • Initiate partner concerns to support management of Customer issues as needed
  • Lead 3rd party service delivery within customer's system and processes
  • Occasionally travel for training or other Agilent activities that may include over-night stays

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, etc.) is preferred
  • 3+ years working in a customer facing environment
  • Experience in a scientific laboratory and/or GMP environment is preferred
  • Knowledge of GxP guidelines and requirements
  • Experience scheduling service events with technicians and customers
