We are searching for an experienced, Senior Product Manager to lead Agilent Genomics Division’s NGS Dx kit portfolio utilizing the patented technology from Resolution Bioscience! The primary application is in circulating, cell-free DNA (cfDNA) for cancer diagnostics and monitoring.

As the Sr. PM, you will define and drive the NGS kitted assay strategy for diagnostic tests supporting personalized medicine options for cancer treatment in close collaboration with Agilent’s CDx, Genomics, and Regulatory Divisions. You will develop define, lead, and communicate a robust strategy and roadmap that aligns with overall business goals, meet customer needs, and contributes to achieving key performance measures.



  • B.S. in genetics, biology, biochemistry, molecular biology, or equivalent
  • 6+ years’ experience in marketing life science or diagnostic products, with at least 3 years of Product Management experience
  • Background in oncology (through education or experience in the field)
  • Experience with NGS target enrichment products
  • Experience in molecular diagnostics or regulated environments
  • Demonstrated use of marketing skills and market knowledge to define and commercialize products that result in business success.
  • Ability to develop marketing plans that align with company and division strategic goals.
  • Ability to work independently; to plan, prioritize workload, schedule time, assess and solve problems.
  • Experience in working with global markets/customers.
  • Should have flexibility in working hours and available for 25% business travel.
