Zyomyx of Hayward, Calif., has launched its Protein Profiling Biochip System, along with a Human Cytokine Biochip. The platform consists of an automated workstation, a scanner, and data analysis software. The biochip can be used to profile 30 cytokines.

Incyte Genomics of Palo Alto, Calif., has added new data to its Proteome BioKnowledge Library in what it calls a Disease Curation Module. The module contains information from 5,415 scientific articles from 263 journals relating to 873 diseases and 1,026 proteins.
