Elsevier is launching a new “virtual” proteomics resource, called Proteomics Select, that will assemble proteomics papers from seven Elsevier publications, the publisher announced at the most recent ASMS meeting in Orlando. The online journal will include papers chosen from the Journal of Chromatography A and B, International Journal of Mass Spectrometry, Journal of the American Society for Mass Spectrometry, Computers & Chemistry, Journal of Molecular Graphics and Modelling, and Trends in Analytical Chemistry. Proteomics Select is edited by Rainer Bischoff, a proteomics researcher at the University of Groningen, Netherlands. See www.proteomicsvj.com for pricing.
