NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) – Prosolia will use GSG Mess-und Analysengerate, a German mass spec tools seller, to market and distribute its Omni Spray DESI technology line in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Indianapolis-based Prosolia said that the DESI (Desorption Electrospray Ionization) product line offers direct sampling with no preparation, is effective for organic and biological compounds and polar and non-polar molecules, and it allows for in situ analysis.
"There is growing interest for our products in Europe and this agreement with GSG Mess- und Analysengerate GmbH will enhance our sales, distribution, and service capabilities helping us better serve our customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland," Prosolia CEO and President Justin Wiseman said in a statement.
