The RCSB Protein Data Bank said this week that it has appointed Stephen Burley director. Burley replaces Helen Berman who will become associate director.

Burley joined Rutgers in 2013 as director of the Center for Integrative Proteomics Research and earlier this year assumed leadership of the RCSD PDB team at University of California, San Diego.
