Mulpuri was previously vice president of laboratory operations for AssureRx Health, and has also held senior positions at Beckman Coulter Genomics and Cogenics.

Proteome Sciences has named Roger McDowell to its board as a non-executive director.

McDowell was previously managing director of pipeline firm Oliver Ashworth and currently sits on the boards of various listed companies.
