Response Biomedical said this week that Jonathan Wang has been appointed to the company's board of directors.

Wang was previously a director at Response Biomedical in 2010 and 2011 and serves on the board at ForteBio. He is also senior managing director at Orbimed and a co-founder of that company's Asia-focused venture capital fund. He previously was a GM at Burrill Greater China Group and he worked for other venture capital funds focused on Asia.
