Waters this week released its new Progenesis QI for Proteomics software package.

The software supports all common LC-MS data formats and enables quantification and identification of proteins as well as analysis and visualization tools.

Biognosys this week released a new version of its Spectronaut software for analysis of hyper reaction monitoring mass spec data.

The new version supports generation of spectral libraries. It also includes a quality control perspective, interference scoring, and fragment ion reporting.
