Shimadzu has released its Perfinity NoRA trypsin columns for use with the Perfinity Workstation and Perfinity Integrated Digestion platform.

The columns allow researchers to skip reduction and alkylation steps by providing a trypsin Immobilized Enzyme Reaction column solution that can reproducibly digest proteins under denaturing conditions, the company said.
